Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

The Hustle Dept. currently offers regular, one-time purchases only.

You may cancel your order before production begins. To request cancellation, email silkyspann@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Orders successfully canceled before production begins will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
